3. Annenberg Community Beach Club -- short presentation by Callie Hurd
 
4. Ballona wetlands -- short presentation by Diane Moss 
 
5. Local ballot measures -- Measure AA, Measure SM, and Measure T
 
6. FOSP bylaws -- proposed amendment* 
 
7. City budget priorities -- Prepare for the "Can We Talk?" meeting with the
    City Manager and other city staff to discuss city budget priorities for
    FY 2009-2010 -- November 13 at 7 PM, Grant Elementary School
 
8. Santa Monica College
   a. Big Blue Bus issues near the main campus 
   b. Parking enforcement near the main campus -- Report problems
       to Campus Police Dispatch at 310-434-3000 (they can issue parking
       tickets from 14th to 23rd, and from Delaware to Ocean Park Blvd.)
 
9. Santa Monica Airport
   a. Updates on FAA hearing and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals
   b. Airport Commission -- new commissioners: E. Richard Brown
